How to approach this test
Permutation and Combination: Decide first whether order matters (permutation) or not (combination). Repeated letters divide the count by the factorial of each repeat.
Probability: Probability is favourable outcomes divided by total outcomes. Count both carefully and reduce the fraction at the end.
Clock Problems: The minute hand moves 6° a minute and the hour hand 0.5° a minute, so the angle at h:m is |30h − 5.5m|. Take the smaller angle if it exceeds 180°.
Calendar Problems: Count odd days: 7 days make a week, so only the remainder after dividing the number of days by 7 shifts the weekday.
This set leans hard, with multi-step questions, so treat it as a stretch: attempt the questions you can see a method for first and return to the rest. At 50 questions in 65 minutes, you have about 78 seconds per question on average. After you submit, review every wrong or guessed answer using the explanations.
