Answer: C. 14. Speed = 72 × 5/18 = 20 m/s. Time = 280 ÷ 20 = 14 seconds.
How to approach this test
Convert km/h to m/s with 5/18, add the train length to the platform or other train when crossing, and add speeds only when trains run in opposite directions.
