How to approach this test
Alligation gives the ratio directly: (dearer − mean) : (mean − cheaper). Check that the mean price lies between the two prices.
This set leans hard, with multi-step questions, so treat it as a stretch: attempt the questions you can see a method for first and return to the rest.
